Delirium Tremens is very bright, despite it has been bottle conditioned. It has a dense head; a very fruity (greengage! gooseberry) bouquet; a sweetish palate; and a lot of warling alcohol in a rather abrupt finish. The hops used include not only saaz but also styrians, and its fermentation demands three different yeast cultures.
